Ingredients: Pork Chop 500g
Marinade: Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp, Honey 1 tbsp, Amoy Pure Sesame Oil 1 tbsp, Minced Garlic 15g, Chopped Shallots 10g Glaze Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp, Honey 1 tbsp
Method (Pan Fry & BBQ)
- Mix well the marinade to marinate the pork chop for 2 hours.
- Mix well the glaze. Set aside.

(Pan Fry) - Heat up a flat bottom pan, fry the pork chop each side for 3 minutes. Or (BBQ) - Place pork chop on a grill rack and grill for 3 minutes for each side.
- Coat the pork chop with the glaze and continue to grill for 1 minute. Ready to serve.
** You can put your favourite side dishes on the side of the plate, and use the remaining glaze for dipping the pork chops.
