Shipping/Delivery Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Cutoff Time

All orders are processed on the day, cutting off at 11pm.

Shipment Processing Handling Time

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Transit Shipping Time

All orders are shipped on a 1-2 business day service.

Minimum Delivery

There is a no minimum order value however there is a delivery charge of £10 for all orders below £75. All orders over £75 are entitled to FREE UK delivery.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted.

UK Shipping 

We offer UK wide shipping via next day DPD or APC courier service with deliveries on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We do not offer deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays to ensure all shipments are received by our customers within 24 hours of dispatch.

We are unfortunately not able to ship to these destinations in the UK: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.

Packing 

Ambient goods are packed in a cardboard box, and frozen products are packed in a thermally insulated box with an ice pack.

Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, your order tracking number will automatically be sent to you so you may track your delivery. DPD will provide you with an estimated delivery window.
