1. Do you offer returns?
As these are food items, we cannot accept returns.
2. What if I have a defective or damaged product?
If you have received a defective or damaged product, we will refund you for those items upon you providing us with the necessary information.
3. What do I have to do to get a refund?
Please submit claims to us within 5 working days of receiving your order with supporting images so we may verify your claim.
4. How long does it take for me to get my refund?
We aim to process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the necessary information from you to verify your claim.
