Ingredients: Beef 200g, Soaked Black Mushroom 8 pcs, 2 potato, 1 carrot, Little Coriander, Sliced Garlic 6 pcs, Sliced Ginger 1 pc
(A) Salt 1/2 tsp
(B) Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 2 tsp, Amoy Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
(A) Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp, Shaoxing Wine 1tsp, Corn Flour 1 tsp
(B) Amoy First Extract Light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Cut beef and mushroom into shreds. Add marinade (A) & (B) with lean pork and mushroom respectively.
- Peel the potato, cut into very fine stripes and soak in water.
- Heat the pan with oil, add mushroom and lean pork, briefly stir fry and set aside.
Drain shredded potato. Heat the pan with oil, saute sliced ginger and garlic. Slightly saute potato and carrot and add seasoning (A). Add mushroom, lean pork, seasoning (B) and coriander. Stir fry and serve.
