Serves 2 • Preparation Time 10 minutes • Cooking Time 50 minutes

Ingredients: Chicken 1pc, Carrot 100g, Cucumber 1pc, Sautéed white sesame seeds 1 tbs

Seasoning: Amoy Gold Label Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp, Amoy Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp, Amoy Pure Sesame Oil 2 tbsp, White Vinegar 1 tbsp, Sugar 1/2 tsp Marinade Salt 2 tsp, Shaoxing wine 2 tsp

Method:
